Great location, great service. Staff was nice. Hotel is clean. Would be 5 stars but the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The showers are also tiny. Otherwise, great place to stay for a good price.
Excellent budget motel. You're getting what you pay for but for what it is it's really good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient to the highway, and an ok Continental.
The staff at this wonderful hotel are amazing! My car broke down in the middle of a move and because of my age no one else in town would give me a room, but I showed up here and they got me right in and then extended my stay two hours before I was supposed to check out when my car couldn't be fixed. The hotel is a tad dated but I don't think it impacted my experience at all. The folks at the front desk were the kindest human beings on the planet and if I'm ever in Austinburg I would stay again!
Stayed in a Valentine's Day suite with my wife and it was perfect.. The effort put into it by the staff was wonderful.. couldn't be more pleased. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely will be back. Thank you America's Best!!
Nice hotel, rooms are short on outlets, but otherwise clean & comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but filling. Front desk clerk was very personable & talkative.
We called the hotel late to find out if they had a room for 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. They had no ‘puppy’ rooms left but put us in a room that was close to an entrance. While the fittings are old, the room was impressively clean- better than many more expensive places. Good quality soaps and towels, and plenty of hot water. Congratulations to the team- your willingness to accommodate our needs and your commitment to providing an excellent service is outstanding.
Was pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Its your basic value hotel. It was clean and comfortable and I wish I knew what shampoo and conditioner that hemp stuff was because it was great too! Breakfast was a thumbs down as there was nearly nothing there. But no big deal. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.
I was they July 4 and fifth 2025 I had a great experience dog, friendly, good breakfast big clean rooms quiet the people worked there really nice and friendly my second year in real staying here. I’m coming back next July for sure. Love this hotel. They’re not that many hotels. Who are that friendly around this area
